⚫️ Quotes in most cases are accurate, however no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected On the first visit. We will communicate with you if there needs to be any change in price before services are started.
⚫️ Clients who choose to pause services for any reason will be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added back to your monthly service again.
⚫️ We do require a card to be on file before services start. You can choose to be charged after every service or monthly basis.
⚫️ Payments for initial or one-time cleanings are due once job is completed.
⚫️ If you move forward with monthly service after an initial cleanup, you will be billed for the remainder of the month on your 2nd cleanup if you choose to be billed monthly.
⚫️ Payments for reoccurring service are due on the first day of every month prior to services performed.
⚫️ All payments will be auto-pay with a card on file, if for some reason payment doesn’t go through on your end y the first service of the month your account will be subjected to a $15 fee.
⚫️ The monthly fee is based on a 52 week calendar year and averaged for 12 months EXAMPLE= ( Services you choose X 4.33= monthly total)
⚫️ When first linking bank account to your online portal, a test transaction for $1.50 will occur. No money is taken out of your account.
⚫️ If we are unable to gain access to your yard because the gate is locked you will still be charged for the cleaning, however we will pull double shift the following week.
⚫️ Your Pooch ….. team members will knock at your door, attempt to call you twice before skipping your yard that day. You will be left a voicemail on the 2nd call notifying that you will be skipped this week and updated on the customer portal as well.
⚫️ Pooch Troops Loves working with dogs! Our team members have zero issues working around dogs in your yard.
⚫️ If it is evident that your dog is aggressive or will not let us clean your yard, we will make multiple ways of contacting you. If we are still unable to Service due to a aggressive dog, you will still be charged for the visit and we will pull a double shift the following week.
⚫️ Pooch Troops has Zero contracts and clients can cancel service at any time for any reason with a 48 hour noticed ahead of scheduled service day. Clients can call in to cancel or update the subscription through the customer portal
