No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.

Pooch Troops cleans any area on your property that has dog waste, including front, back, side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

Yes we do weather permitting. If your service day falls on major holiday, we will adjust scheduling for that week.

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material.  We will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management. If you do not choose the option for us to take with us, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can.

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside. If not home we will try to contact but if we are not able to clean because of aggressive dog you will still be charged. We will clean up the next visit and collect all the waste.

Yes you can and we will give options. The service will try to be same day every week.

Pooch Troops stands behind its services by offering a 24 hour %100 customer satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unsatisfactory with any service and your yard is not overgrown or cover in yard debris we will send out a team member to re-clean until you‘re satisfied.

With respect to scheduling we are unable to provide an exact time frame on your service day. Our routes are always being optimized for efficiency. Our routes run from Sunrise-5pm. Your service day will be same day each week except for holiday weeks and we will update you on those weeks.
