How It Works?
1️⃣ SIGN UP FOR SERVICES BY CLICKING FREE QUOTE
Click on the FREE QUOTE button, enter your zip code and complete the sign up process right on our website. If you have any questions give us a call or fill out form in contact us page.
2️⃣ SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST CLEAN UP
Once you sign up for services a Pooch Troops team member will reach out to schedule your initial clean up and go over the entire process.
3️⃣ SET UP CUSTOMER PORTAL
When contacted we will help set this up also.
4️⃣ ATTACH YOUR AUTO PAYMENT METHOD
You’re able to set up auto pay with bank account, debt or credit card. Once auto pay is set up Pooch Troops will generate your invoices and send receipts via email. These records can also be accessed in your customer portal. You can choose to be charge monthly or after each service is performed. Monthly statements will be charged on same day each month.

What To Expect On Service Day
⭕️ ARRIVAL TEXT 1 HOUR BEFORE
Our Pooch Troops team member will send you a 60 minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at time of services, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard( everyone knows if their dog is aggressive or if they are not). This ensures a smooth and hassle free service for everyone.
⭕️ PET SAFETY
We clean all of our equipment and shoes with kennel grade disinfectant after every cleanup, minimizing the spread of germs and virus’.
⭕️ POOP SCOOPING TIME
Your Pooch Troops team member will arrive and start cleaning the property. Our team is taught to walk in a technical route to minimize any chance of missing dog waste. We do this process twice to ensure your yard is free and clear or pet waste.
⭕️ PET WASTE REMOVAL
If you choose for Pooch Troops to take the waste with us you will be subject to a small recycling fee. If you choose for us to not take with us we will double bag the waste and place in your trash can or place at a designated spot on your property of your choice.

⭕️ DOG TREATS
We leave a complementary treat as long as you’re ok with it after every visit. Options are a milk bone or all natural dehydrated beef liver.
⭕️ PROPERTY SAFETY PROCEDURE
Once your yard is completely serviced, your Pooch Troops team member will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure you that no dogs accidentally got out on our watch. Our team members will then spray down all of their equipment with our ECO-friendly kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of viruses and illness to the next customer‘s animals, maintains a safe and healthy environment.
